That is the single most common reason a pullover like this gets sent back, so we would rather tell you up front.

Order one size up from your usual. Order two sizes up if you want it properly oversized, if you are between sizes, or if you plan to layer a sweater underneath. If you normally wear a US medium, order L for a regular fit or XL for the slouchy look in the photos. Sizes run S, M, L, XL and XXL, and they fit you, not your pet.

How to wear it

Put the hoodie on first. Pull it over your head and settle the pouch across your belly.

Lift her in facing out. Support her chest and bottom, lower her in, then let her turn so her front paws rest over the edge.

Hand under the pouch, then move. Cradle the pouch from underneath while she settles, then go about your day.

Which pets fit

Small pets only: the ones you can already pick up and carry comfortably in your arms. Chihuahuas, yorkies, toy poodles, pomeranians, mini dachshunds, small cats and kittens. We do not publish a weight rating, so use your own arms as the test. If carrying your pet by hand for a few minutes is easy, the pouch works. If it is a strain, this is not the right product for them.

Washing it

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip the fabric softener and skip high heat, because both flatten the teddy fleece and it never fluffs back quite the same.

Safety

Never leave your pet unattended in the pouch, and never wear it with a pet inside while driving, cooking over heat, or on stairs you cannot see. The pouch is a carrier, not a restraint. Keep any walks short, flat and calm, support the pouch from underneath with one hand while moving, and skip it entirely if your pet is anxious, squirmy or trying to climb out.

The promise

Covered by the 60-Day Splash-Proof Guarantee.
